10/10
The restaurant feels luxurious, and breakfast has a great range of dishes. Food is generally delicious. Rooms are clean, well kept, and have the amenities you'd expect, while the boardroom is bright and nicely set up. Banquet staff Raju, Rajah, Vinesh and Swamy are consistently good, and reception handles check in and check out efficiently. Staff are polite and courteous. A few things could be better. Room service has told me several times that menu items aren't available even though they're listed. There's no shaving or vanity kit, and slippers are only provided sometimes. An iron and ironing board aren't in the room, so you have to ask. A staffed bell desk isn't consistently available, and a welcome drink on arrival would be nice.
