We had the place to ourselves, with no other guests there, so I was a little unsure at first. But I felt completely safe as a girl staying here with my friend. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, especially Mr. Vishwas 🙌🏻. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The heritage Haveli also has an incredible view, and we had a great stay.

We were glad it was just one night. The food had no choices, we were served what was prepared, and one person in our group got sick for two days afterward. The room looked tidy and nicely arranged, though a closer look showed some grime and exposed wiring for the air conditioner. Getting in took a while as the gates had to be unlocked for our driver. A friendly lady greeted us but didn't say much, and the place hadn't seemed too bad at first.

Palkiya Haveli is a real heritage mansion, right in central Kota and within walking distance of the Kor Palace. The rooms are clean and deluxe, with different types available. Both the Indian and continental food were delicious, and I felt the price was worth the experience.

A lovely courtyard makes a nice spot for tea, coffee, or breakfast. This heritage Haveli sits in the heart of Kota, with comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and excellent service for guests.

The staff were rude and misbehaved, and the area is remote. The food was terrible, took about an hour to arrive, was poorly prepared, and seemed unhygienic. The AC didn't work, and the toilet taps were damaged. It feels like a few rooms in someone's home being rented out, more like a dharamshala than a hotel. I wouldn't recommend it. The tariff was 2500/- at reception, while online it showed 7000/-, and I don't think it's worth even 1000 bucks.
