Sasa Resort

The staff were courteous, attentive and seemed genuinely committed to making our experience enjoyable. This Kota resort could work well for either a peaceful break or a big celebration, with a tranquil stay and an elegant setting for events. I’d highly recommend it.

I stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed the visit. The fresh food was delicately flavored and nicely presented, and the staff were courteous and attentive to the details. The calm, welcoming atmosphere made for a relaxing midday break. The resort seemed charming and elegant, and looked like it could be a comfortable place to stay too. I’d be happy to return and recommend it.

The rooms are clean, and that’s the only plus. There’s no driver facility, no food until 10AM and nothing nearby, so it feels like you’re stranded. The staff don’t seem to care. With kids or elderly people, you’re left to manage on your own.

We stayed here twice on a road trip, looking for a stop near the NE-4 route. It’s a good option near the Mumbai-Delhi NE4 Expressway entrances and exits, with the Delhi entry closer than the Mumbai one. I’d choose it over going into Kota City. The resort also looks well suited to marriage functions. The rooms were good, though I felt the cleanliness could be better. You can raise it with staff and have it sorted. The restaurant food was good, and the staff were polite.
