The location and views from the property were really nice, and the rate was much lower than nearby places. We stayed with family for two days in an individual 3BHK villa. The rooms were clean and superb, and the property was lovely. Hospitality was great too. Dinner and the complimentary breakfast were good.

I've stayed at this property three times and would choose it again. I think some of the reviews are unfair, because each visit I've found it clean and the staff polite. We've been with our family, and the food had a homemade quality that made us feel at home. Thanks to the team, and keep going.

The staff and owner were helpful and polite, and the rooms were well maintained. From the rooms you get lovely views of the tea garden and private garden, in a quiet setting near Kotagiri bus stand. Food choices are limited because of the location, but what we had tasted good. You can have a bonfire for an extra charge. There were sometimes power issues, including longer outages, so I'd suggest adding backup power. More food options would also be good.

A beautiful place to stay amid nature, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The downside is that you have to ask for utensils.

Our six-day villa stay was wonderful. The host was friendly and helpful, and four staff members prepared delicious meals for us each day. The house was spotless, and the courtyard felt peaceful with its pear trees and birdsong. Special thanks to Amrit for all the guidance.
