The owner charged my in-laws for an extra day because they didn't know about the strict checkout cutoff. The details had been “miscommunicated,” and this wasn't the first time we'd had this happen at the property. They were visiting Deen Dayal Hospital, and dealing with that charge on top of medical visits and stress was awful. The hospitality has been consistently disappointing, and the attitude felt exploitative. I hope the owner reflects and improves, because guests shouldn't be treated this way.

The host, Neema Mam, was very helpful, and all the necessities are close by. Stay Royal Bed & Breakfast was a pleasant place to stay with my family. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location made it easy to access different modes of travel. It felt like safe, decent accommodation in a suitable neighborhood for women and families. You can choose it without hesitation.

The owners are friendly and accommodating, and they make sure guest needs are met. The guest house has a warm feel and an ambience and energy that are hard to match. It feels like a second home to me. While staying here, I had what I needed, including a clean kitchen, home-cooked food, good hygiene, and very clean bedsheets and furniture. For me, it's a 10/10 deal. When looking for a place in delhi, I wouldn't look elsewhere.

We had a relaxing stay, and having parking available was a real plus. The guest house is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best places to stay in West Delhi.

We slept really well here. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice decor, good A/C, and hot water available around the clock. There’s also a shared kitchen, and the host was friendly. The neighborhood felt safe. Highly recommended.
