Twin Tree

I stayed here last month and found it very expensive for a standalone place with non-AC rooms. It has eight rooms, and the setup felt more like a homestay than a resort. There’s breakfast, but it isn’t a buffet, and there’s no open area for activities. The small team is made up of a manager or owner, a cook, a room service attendant, and a maid who comes in the morning to clean. I took the photo before the owner removed the AC listing from Agoda and changed it to FAN. Other booking sites were still showing AC rooms.

The staff were friendly, and the place had a lovely atmosphere. I thought it was worth the money.

The food was a highlight. Ravi cooked it fresh to order from the menu, served it hot, and the prices were reasonable. Thanks to him for the tasty meals and cooking skills. Ashish looked after guest service and was always available, and Manager Durai welcomed us and was there whenever we called. My family and I spent two nights at Twin Tree Resort a few days ago, and it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortably fit two adults and two kids, with enough space for an extra bed if needed. We especially liked the sit-out outside the room for having tea. There was a TV, WiFi, and a Genset. The location was quiet, not too far from town but not right by the shops. One thing to fix: the roadside signboard is missing, so thanks to Google Maps for getting us there.

We had booked three rooms at Twin tree hotel for April 18-19, 2025, and arrived at 5am for an early check-in. They asked us to pay 16,000, the cost of a full day's stay, and we were shocked by the charge. Since we declined, we decided to check out at 5am the next day instead. After we refused to pay for early check-in, extra charges were added for food and facilities. That was completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel if you're travelling on a budget.
