We deserved better treatment as guests. The owner's manner was rude, and they wouldn't listen to us or communicate properly.

The atmosphere was peaceful and the service was good. At Hotel Ujjwal Palace, we had clean rooms, polite staff, and delicious pure veg food. Highly recommended.

Good value for money, with a prime location. The hospitality was excellent, and the food was tasty, fresh, and hygienic 😋.

I've traveled all my life, in different countries, and never had an experience like this. We had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else at about 11pm, with the kids along. We nearly had to file an FIR against the owner to get some money back, and Make My Trip wasn't much help either. If I could, I'd give this negative five stars.

The staff were nice, the room was good, and the food quality was awesome.
