The owner is helpful and supportive, and the caretaker is attentive and always available. The property has a pure village vibe and feels connected to nature. I've been coming with friends and family for four years, and the rooms have always been clean and tidy. The food and snacks are clean and tasty, and the whole family enjoys them. It's a very good place to relax, with proper facilities and service that make the stay comfortable.

The pool was dirty, there were power problems, and the ACs couldn't cool the rooms properly. We were also without water in the night, which inconvenienced everyone, including the women in our group. The food was poor too. At dinner, the paneer was so hard the spoon bent when I tried to cut it. The owner and his wife argued with us instead of apologizing or fixing it. The owner and staff were rude, argumentative, and showed little respect; after we paid a significant amount, basic hospitality was still missing. Right after check-in, staff insisted on full payment, and during the stay it felt as if money mattered more than guest satisfaction. Our stay at ADJUST KARO VILLA was extremely disappointing and not worth what we paid. The trip felt like a waste of time and money. A villa should provide hospitality, comfort, and respect, and this place failed on all three. Future guests, book at your own risk. To the owner: The welcome seemed to be for our money, not for us as guests. We kept looking for service, but couldn't find it anywhere. I'll remember this trip for a long time, We expected heaven and got the opposite.

The staff were extremely rude, arrogant, and unaccommodating, and the owner and staff seemed not to care. The place is in the middle of nowhere, so don't waste your hard-earned money and time coming here. We paid 2,200 per person for 19 people, as agreed, and they asked for full payment at check-in. We visited on 30-31 June 2026. The pool was dirty, full of dead bugs and leaves, and we had to ask several times for it to be cleaned. The food wasn't worth it either. The paneer was so hard that trying to cut it bent the steel spoon. When we complained, a staff member replied, “kya natak hain”. They removed the food while people were eating and going back for seconds. We had to explain that we'd paid for the meal and weren't finished, and it wasn't even 11 pm. Power kept cutting out, and the Wi-Fi stopped working at times. With no network, we were relying on Wi-Fi. Water to the washrooms was turned off at night, and staff were unavailable. It only came back on in the morning after we complained. The reviews praising the place may be manipulated or posted by the owner.

I've been visiting with my family for the past three years. The owner was very polite, the service was fantastic, and the food was delicious. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and the swimming pool was fantastic too.
