I had a really easy, enjoyable stay and didn’t run into any problems. The team was lovely, and the service deserves a thank you.

The staff made my family’s visit a great experience. Shayma, Sajin, Reshmi and Prince gave super service, and Operations Manager Suresh was very accommodating when we had requests. The food was a tasty surprise, and the property has good amenities. We’ll definitely come back soon.

The room and bathroom maintenance really let the stay down. The fittings were old, water leaked, and the supply was unreliable. The room itself was only average and the bathroom disappointing. At least the reception area was very clean, and the receptionist was polite and helpful.

The food was good and reasonably priced, but there were no facilities to match the price, and the service was very poor. Parking was bad, and although the place was clean, the atmosphere felt awful 😔. I expected better from a hotel in kottarakkara city, but we weren’t satisfied at all. Neither my friends and family nor I will eat here or book a room again.

Fresh linen and everything seemed well cared for, from the rooms to the other areas. The staff were very courteous, and I had a wonderful stay.
