Hotel Arcadia

The staff were genuinely helpful and pleasant. When we asked about a medical shop, they were even willing to provide medicine. The restaurant service was good as well, and we liked the Chinese dishes. The Kerala meals, fish curry, fish fry, and beef weren't very good. The location is ideal, but the rooms were only okay, and the bathroom had a bad smell.

Hotel Arcadia has three different bar options: the local bar, Ice Lounge, and rooftop Sky Bar, each with its own atmosphere. It's also right in the heart of Kottayam, which makes getting around easy. The luxury rooms were well kept, and the place felt clean and attractive. Staff were welcoming and the service was great. A comfortable, upscale stay with good hospitality.

The room was clean, comfortable, and maintained well during my three-day stay, but the service let the experience down. The WiFi barely worked the whole time. Whenever I reported it, staff said someone would come, but nobody ever showed up, so it felt like the complaint didn't matter. Food was average too, nothing special for what I expected from the hotel.

The staff made the stay easy, from a smooth check-in to quick room service, and they were polite and ready to help. Housekeeping kept the room neat throughout. It was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable after a day of travel. The hotel's convenient location also made nearby attractions, shopping, and transport easy to reach. Facilities and atmosphere worked for families or solo travelers, and the price felt like good value. I'd stay at Hotel Arcadia again on my next visit.
