The owner’s reply here has the same dismissive tone we encountered at reception. We believe hospitality is about how guests are treated in conversations as well as about policies. To be clear, the one-star review wasn’t because we paid for a few extra water bottles or tea. Please don’t misrepresent the reason and misguide people. Our main concern was being charged extra for staying a few minutes past checkout, even though the whole floor was empty. The brief delay was unavoidable, and nobody had told us in advance that such strict charges would apply. When we tried to understand the charge, the reception staff were rude and dismissive instead of helpful.

The temple is just a two-minute walk away. Our room was in excellent condition, and the service was perfect.

At Sai Gurusthan Hotel, the room was very different from the photos online. It was tiny and dark, and on the ground floor it felt especially suffocating. Even the basin tap didn’t work. The stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms aren’t fancy, but they’re decent and fine for a family stay at an affordable price. Staff were supportive and helpful, and reception and hospitality were very good. The temple is nearby, about a 10-12 minute walk to the gates.

It’s about 3.5 km from the railway station, and very close to Sai Baba Samadhi Temple. The only location drawback was the unpaved road. For the price, it’s a good budget stay for families. Rooms were decent and mostly clean, though the washroom could have been cleaner. Service was prompt and good.
