The staff made our one-night stay at Grand Harmony Beach Resort easy and pleasant. They were warm, smiling, and ready to help with whatever we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, a nice place to rest after sightseeing. The hotel is close to the beach and light house, and restaurants and cafes are only a short walk away. It worked really well for a short Kovalam trip, and I’d recommend it.

The rooms are dreadful, with awful restrooms, no amenities, and an old, shady one-star feel. They barely look like rooms at all. I’m also confused about what kind of hotel this is: it’s called Beach Resort, but we booked it as Grand Harmony. Incredibly disappointing stay.

The room wasn’t clean, and I could smell cigarette smoke and aunts, so I had to switch rooms. The food was edible, though not very good. It’s a budgetary hotel at a good price.

The location is okay, with Kovalam light house beach 850 mt. from the hotel. Rooms and service were good, and there’s a modern lift facility here. 🙂🙂

The location isn’t very good, despite the beach resort name, since the beach is 1km away. Service was good, though. The rooms are nice, if only okayish, and there are problems with hot water.
