The Ganga Residency

The bathroom floors stayed dangerously slippery even after cleaning, and my father fell. Water barely came through the basin taps and shower, and one faucet had so little flow that I had to fix it myself. One room's flush didn't work, and another room's geyser was broken, so hot water came in buckets. The bedding was uncomfortable too: cheap blankets and mattresses so soft you could feel the bed frame when sitting down. When we arrived, the floor was dirty enough that we had to ask for it to be cleaned again. I'd avoid breakfast, since the choices are very limited and the food is outsourced because the hotel has no kitchen.

Getting checked in was easy, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The work desk was comfortable, the location is prime with everything nearby, and the staff were professional. Room service is available 24 hours and was great too.

The location was inconvenient and the hotel didn't seem well maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable. Service was disappointing and needs serious improvement. Very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The geyser wasn't working, and the bathroom was unclean. The room itself wasn't properly maintained either, so the condition wasn't satisfactory.
