My parents were left scrambling for somewhere to go, and the whole thing caused them a lot of needless stress. I booked their room through Agoda a month ahead, but on arrival day the hotel messaged that it had CANCELLED the booking. Nowhere had they said they weren't accepting Agoda bookings, so why take the payment? This was an absolute disaster and completely unprofessional. If a hotel can't honor online bookings, it shouldn't take them. I booked for my parents, who aren't tech-savvy, and this turned into a nightmare. I'd give a minus rating if I could. It seems money matters more here than customer service. If profit comes first, at least have the decency to inform people in advance. Absolutely appalling.

For what they charge, better hotels are available. Our two rooms caused problems throughout the two nights: one geyser was out, the AC in the other room barely worked, there were Fevicol marks on the floor, and there wasn't a chair or sofa. The rooms had no windows or balconies, and the WiFi was down. Towels came only after we asked several times. There was no room service, bell, or landline, so every request meant going to reception. We checked in at 3:30 PM and the rooms still weren't ready. We booked over the phone, but the Google Maps pin is wrong. The hotel is opposite Prem Mandir. They took the full payment at check-in and then provided no service. Save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

The staff were very rude, and I wouldn't stay at Surbhi dham near Prem mandir again. We were charged 1000 for the first day, then asked for 1500 the next morning. We were with family and had plans for Mandir darshan, so leaving the hotel then wasn't easy. They take advantage of that, and you end up paying an extra 500. Don't stay there, they'll fool you 😡😡

The staff were humble and the hotel was clean, which made me happy with our stay. I also want to thank HariOm for it. Its location near Prem Mandir worked perfectly for my family, and the best part for me was getting divine darshan of Premanand Maharaj Ji right by the hotel. As a traveler, I had an excellent experience at Surbhi Dham.
