The service was extremely poor, and management seemed irresponsible. Staff were rude, arrogant, and unhelpful, and calls weren’t answered properly. The hotel also looked nothing like the pictures: the building and interiors were very old, and the coloring and maintenance seemed outdated. A very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The terrace offered a good view of almost all the temples in Vrindavan, and the temples were within walking distance. The manager was professional, and friendly staff helped us like tour guides, saving time and money. Our room felt like home, with clean blankets, bedsheets, and pillows, plus an efficient room heater. We had a very comfortable stay.

We had no electricity or water, leaving us in complete darkness with no explanation, backup power, or concern from staff. Even getting drinking water and using the bathroom became a struggle. Light and water are basic needs for any accommodation, and this place failed to provide them. It was frustrating and a waste of money. I strongly advise others not to book here.

The room was the worst part: stained carpet, mold in the bathroom corners, musty old towels, and linens that didn't look freshly changed. I even checked for bedbugs before I could feel remotely comfortable. From check-in, the poor management was obvious, and basic cleanliness and customer service fell short. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. Worst experience.
