The room itself was decent for the price. We bargained with the person offering rooms and paid 600 rupees. They have rooms with two double beds, as well as ones with a double and a single bed. The service, though, was the worst I've seen. They promised AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a geyser, but neither the AC nor TV worked, and the geyser was out too. There was no water when we arrived. Nobody was in the office, so we got the man's number, called him and waited about half an hour before the supply came back. Wi-Fi is capped at 700 kbps, which is somewhere between good and bad. The room is fine for what it costs, but the promised services need to work properly for it to be excellent at this price.

There was basically no service. They pointed us to a shop to buy our own water and handed us a menu for a different restaurant to order from. The room and toilet were in terrible shape. I only gave two stars for the location because Prem Mandir is 500m away. Please don't stay here, even if they offer it for 100 rupees.

The main temples are close by, so the hotel's location is one of the best parts of Vrindavan. It's a good place to stay with family or friends.

The toilets weren't clean, the water quality was very bad, and the hostel price isn't reasonable.
