Once they'd taken the booking money, they hardly cared. When it came to booking and payment, they treated you like anything. I asked for water and had to wait, and they wouldn't bring it to my room. There was no dustbin, no towels, and the washroom tap looked ready to break. The manager or person at reception had no manners for talking to customers. He should know basic etiquette for speaking and greeting people. He was even scolding an employee and made him leave. OYO needs to do something about this property. Not a good experience at all, and I'd avoid it and stay somewhere else.

The rooms were spacious, and the location is close to all the famous places. The temples are within walking distance, so it could work well as a stopover for a pilgrimage. Room service and the other amenities are the weak points. Still, if you're looking for a cheaper place in a good location, it's a decent value.

This was my second stay here, and it felt like a pison. The service was bad, and the sheets were so dirty that we had to change every bed. If you want to ruin your vacation, come here. I'd give it negative stars if I could.

The rooms are quite spacious, and the staff are helpful. AC rooms are available at a very worthy price range. For a seasonal visit to Vrindaban, such as Holi or Janmashtami, you wouldn't regret having them as your room renters. Be safe, stay safe, thank you!

The rooms were really dirty, and the staff won't help you with anything, so you have to manage your own problems. The TV does work, but they don't even have drinking water. They're so expensive 😳, but it's ok 😅🤣🤣
