I fell sick because of heavy rain as I was leaving, so I couldn't thank the staff properly. They had been polite and helpful, and the hotel services were excellent. It was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to coming back soon.

Breakfast had a decent range of options, and the location was convenient for restaurants and public transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, with the basic amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It isn't luxurious, but the price was good value. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for a short visit or business trip.

Getting to food or e-rickshaws takes a walk of roughly 700 meters. In the room, the lock on the door and the TV didn't work. It was dirty, including the unclean bedsheet, and there was no complimentary water. Only one towel was given for two people, and that was after asking. Consider booking only if you're willing to put up with these issues.

We had bugs biting us all night, with fungus and bed bugs on the mattress. The rooms were very dirty, the bathrooms smelled like sewers, the toilets were filthy and smelled awful, like a trains sleeper class toilet. There were no proper fittings either. No water or room service, and no lift facilities. Pathetic experience. Please don't book this hotel and spoil your trip. Attached photo.
