The property was deteriorated when we visited in Navratris 20225. The rooms allotted to us had walls all grubbing off by seepage, broken and nonworking door handles, torn towels, and damaged quilts. Jaivardhan Singh was extremely rude. He said he did not want to understand any of our concerns, told us to take the keys if we wanted or go away, and said we should have read the place's rules before entering but he wasn't responsible. He also said he didn't fear Google reviews because he knew many other ways to earn. He ordered facility staff not to assist in person, telling them, "inhe reception par bejo na, yaha andar mat baat karwaao". Anil and Moorat were sensible, quick, polite, hardworking, and always ready to help without time constraints. Jaivardhan Singh should learn good behavior from them.

The rooms are best, but service is very poor because of staff shortage. The bathroom lock was missing or broken. Breakfast was available only after 9 AM, and the breakfast service was bad. There is no restaurant in the hotel, and food prices are high. The shower water is very salty, so don't use it to rinse your mouth or wash your hands. The temples are closed approximately from 12 Pm to 4 Pm.

My family had one of its most horrible hotel experiences here. The rooms smelled bad, the bathrooms leaked, and service was zero. Horrible experience, please avoid.

The food came from a nearby hotel instead of being made in-house, and during the night there was no senior manager around, just a security guard to help. The approach road is very narrow, and with silver line work going on, they didn't share proper photos of the actual surroundings. Around midnight, our room's AC was suddenly switched off. Staff said the generator wasn't working properly and couldn't handle the load because of its age and overuse. Constant power fluctuations kept my kids awake all night. It was distressing and unacceptable with children. Service was hopeless, facilities poor, and it wasn't value for money. Not recommended for families or anyone expecting basic hospitality.
