Elegance Resort Vrindavan! Hello all, We booked around 7 rooms, but the place didn’t live up to what the pictures showed. I understand it was cold during our visit, but we expected basic cleanliness in the rooms, beds, towels, and glasses. Three of the seven rooms had to be changed because the electricity and locks weren’t working. The manager said he couldn’t switch them without management permission. We were travelling with people over 60, and they had to wait outside in the cold, foggy weather while he resisted changing rooms. We asked for cleaning earlier that day, but it wasn’t done properly. When we asked to change the bedsheets and pillow covers, they said there were no extra pillow covers. The sheets were dirty, as if someone had already used them. The washroom still wasn’t cleaned well even after we asked them to do it again. They couldn’t provide fresh towels regularly. On checkout day they wouldn’t give us water bottles because we were checking out. Instead, they poured RO water from a jug that was dirty.
