OYO 64683 Shri Yamuna Palace

The one advantage of staying here is that the building is near the parikrama marg of premanand maharaj. But the rooms are dirty, and the electrical boards are broken. The lift is an adventure, working sometimes and failing other times. The agent is very smart and guides you well, but there's no reception where you can make a complaint. If you're with family, don't stay here, even if they offer the best prices.

Don't choose the prepaid option. If the room is so bad that you leave after seeing it, OYO will forfeit your payment. Choose pay at hotel instead, if you can manage the risk of the conditions. The actual rooms look nothing like the OYO pictures. They're old, poorly maintained, and painted over, with seepage throughout the apartment. The swimming pool is in very poor condition too. OYO knows about the problem but hasn't fixed it, while still recommending these rooms to families. After looking at other reviews, I don't understand why. I wouldn't book this OYO room. OYO is acting like a scam partner.

At INR 1000, the room wasn't worth the price. The toilet didn't work, and the bedsheets and pillows were dirty. There wasn't even an Oyo kit. A very poor experience, and I can't imagine staying again at Oyo Yamuna Palace.

It's a little outside the center, and there isn't a restaurant within 800 mtrs. You can find many better hotels in the city center for the same rate. Service was good, but the rooms weren't up to the mark, there were cleanliness problems, and we had issues with the water.
