We booked about three rooms for four days, but the service was bad. The owner's son was very rude. Breakfast was included in the package, but we didn’t get it. When we asked for hot water, they said, “Who gets hot water in April?” The rooms were dirty. We explained that our elderly parents couldn’t bathe in cold water, and the owner's son shouted that we could write any review, he didn’t care. The hotel is too far from Prem Mandir, and the service was unprofessional. Don’t go here.

A really bad experience. The room wasn’t clean, service was poor, and there was just one person at reception. Water wasn’t running in the morning. For breakfast they kept making excuses, and we had to call four or five times to get anything. Very bad.

The staff were very rude, and both the room and washroom were very dirty. Service was poor too. I’d advise against staying here. Don’t waste your money.

Not professional at all. If you want to put yourself through a hassle, book and stay here. Within four hours, you’ll be checking out and looking for another hotel. You could stay here in an emergency, but otherwise don’t.
