The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and we enjoyed the food and its good variety. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay at Hotel Marine Palace. Special thanks to manager Sri, whose kindness and professionalism really made a difference and who went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. We'd gladly return and recommend the hotel.

Travelling with our 18 month old, we found the staff at Hotel Marine Palace very accommodating. They were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help with anything, big or small, which made our stay especially comfortable. The hotel was clean and well looked after, so it felt relaxing from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful time and would happily stay again. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Kovalam.

For the price, I expected better. My stay at marine palace in kovalam was a bad experience: the room was dirty, housekeeping was late, and service was slow. The staff also seemed uninterested, so I left disappointed.

It was fine for a night, and the rooms were clean, but I wouldn't suggest staying longer. The place is nice, though it could use more care and maintenance. The furniture and facilities felt a little old.

We had a nice stay with the family at Marine Palace. The atmosphere was decent, the room rate reasonable, and the beach was nearby. The staff were very good, and everything was near and clean. Thanks to Mr. Sreenivasan and the team.
