The host was friendly, welcoming, and full of useful local advice. We came to Kochi for the biennial, and the place was conveniently nearby. The rooms were clean and good, and the standout for us was a really spacious outdoor sitting area.

Thomas was patient, kind, and very accommodating. The room was clean, had a table and chair for working on my computer, and the hot shower was lovely. It’s central but set back from the road, so it stays quiet without all the honking.

Affordable, clean AC rooms with free WiFi and parking. The hospitality was good, and it’s easy to get to most tourist spots. A good option for couples, friends, or families.

Thomas, the owner, was a true gentleman and couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed meeting other guests in the communal dining and sitting area, which has a fridge, kettle, basic cooking facilities, and comfortable seats. There’s a pleasant garden too. Our room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and the quiet AC worked well. Lovely homestay in a great Fort Kochi location. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

The host was welcoming and pointed out places to see in and around Fort Kochi. The stay was good value, and the property was well maintained, but the furnishings and interiors felt old. Our room was small and basic, and the sheets, towels, and bed all seemed heavily used. I’d have paid a bit extra for a more modern place with better amenities.
