The location was the best part for us, about a 10-minute walk from the beach. The room itself didn’t feel worth what we paid, though, and had a bad smell that kept coming back even after we asked for room fresheners several times. For that price, I expected better. Not much value overall.

The room was in such poor shape, with wallpaper peeling and a hole in the bedsheet. There was a bad smell the whole time we were there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

At Rs 2,500, this room feels way overpriced. I think it’s worth about Rs 1,000.

The room was in bad condition and smelled unpleasant. Maintenance and infrastructure were lacking. Even with the AC and the location, I’d put the room at around 800 or 1,000.

We were a group of friends and had an enjoyable stay. It's an okay hotel close to Kozhikode beach.
