We arrived at midnight needing somewhere at the last minute. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, with complimentary essentials, and the hospitality and room service were great. I’d recommend staying here.

Dear Mr. Jacob Philip, I appreciate your reply, but several details in it don’t match what happened during my stay. I checked in at about 11:30 AM, not 10:30 AM. I have payment and transaction records confirming the time and can provide them if needed. The amount collected from me was also equivalent to the charge for two rooms, although I was given a normal room. That left me confused and dissatisfied, and your explanation of a misunderstanding doesn’t resolve it. You said my family wasn’t there at checkout. My family and partner were with me during the stay. I can’t make people appear or disappear, so if staff didn’t see them, that raises concerns about their observation and coordination. I understand a hotel may inspect a room for damage at checkout. But that needs to be done respectfully and professionally. Guests don’t book rooms intending to damage property or take hotel belongings, and an inspection shouldn’t leave them embarrassed at reception. If guests are expected to wait for an inspection, staff should explain that clearly and politely. The manager’s conduct felt unprofessional and humiliating. Management should guide and train the staff involved so this is handled better in future. I acknowledge the stated policy of 2:00 PM check-in and 12:00 PM checkout. Many premium and star hotels in India are known to allow flexibility for early check-in when rooms are available, usually from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The way this was handled was unnecessary and could have been more professional. I work for a reputed organization, and experiences like this affect the trust guests place in hospitality businesses. Because of the humiliation and inconvenience, I can’t recommend your establishment to colleagues, my professional network, or acquaintances. Please verify the facts carefully before making statements that misrepresent a guest’s experience. I have supporting payment records and further details if clarification is needed. The dishes were presented beautifully, which made the meal enjoyable. Everything tasted very good, and the ingredients seemed fresh and high quality.

I had a terrible experience. The hotel accused me aggressively of taking a bath towel, even though it was already missing when I arrived. I didn’t report it right away, and I regret that now. At checkout they insisted it had been in the room and wouldn’t listen to my explanation. It felt like a way to get extra money from guests, and being gaslit over cheap linen was a new low. Check the room inventory as soon as you arrive, or stay elsewhere. I wouldn’t stay here if you don’t want to be treated like a criminal.
