I didn't personally stay in a room, but friends who did said they were clean and comfortable. The architecture and design looked very good. The bar felt relaxed and friendly, a nice place to spend time talking and having drinks with friends. Staff were polite and supportive, and the service was decent. It's convenient to reach, so it seems like a nice choice for social gatherings or a short stay, based on what I saw and heard.

Mudasir deserves special thanks for going out of their way to help. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference. The room was spotless and the atmosphere relaxing, and everything from check-in through check-out went smoothly. I'd recommend this hotel for comfort and good service, and I'll visit again.

Our order took an hour to arrive, and the service was pathetic. The food was abysmal and below par for how expensive it was. A bizarre, disappointing experience.

Really disappointing for a 3 star hotel. There's no way to check whether my booking is confirmed: no contact details, and the only phone number is out of order. Why is this happening?

I had a terrible experience at the executive bar. JAYESH was rude and not customer friendly. I asked him to change the music on the TV, but he refused and answered as if his father owned the bar. Really disappointing, Indraprastha. Please replace staff with someone who treats customers well.
