Gokulam Grand Kozhikode

We held the annual CALFIM Clinical Summit 2026, organized by the Calicut Forum of Internal Medicine, at Hotel Gokulam Grand, Kozhikode. Delegates came from across Kerala, and the conference was a great success. The hotel’s support and hospitality played a significant part in that. Participants commented on the pleasant atmosphere, attentive service, and care with the details. The elegant, professional conference halls suited an academic event of this size, the facilities were excellent, and people appreciated the food. Overall, the experience surpassed our expectations. Mr. Makesh, General Manager, was friendly, approachable, and supportive. He was always available, paid attention to what we needed, and was genuinely committed to making the conference work. The Food & Beverage Manager and his team were efficient and professional, while still offering warm hospitality. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, responsive, and keen to help. They made it feel like the event’s success mattered to them as much as it did to us. One idea for further improvement is a permanent, high-quality LED wall with dedicated in-house technical support in at least one convention hall. Conferences increasingly rely on advanced visual presentations, and organizers currently have to arrange LED walls, generators, and technical crews from outside vendors, at considerable cost and effort. Having that equipment at the hotel would be a major help to organizers and could further strengthen Gokulam Grand's place among Kerala’s leading conference venues. I see it as another feather in the cap of an already outstanding institution. Our sincere thanks to Mr. Mahesh and the whole Gokulam Grand team for helping make the conference memorable and successful. We look forward to holding more events at this venue.

We hadn’t planned to stay here, but what an amazing experience. The breakfast spread was the icing on the cake. There were around 25 of us, and everyone loved it. As a vegetarian, I often feel overlooked in Kerala hotels, but I had plenty to enjoy here: ghee pongal and vadai, soft puttu kadala, puris and bhaji. Every dish was super tasty, and the staff were efficient. Thanks, Gokulam! We met Chef Shri Vasudevan.

The mall right next door makes it easy to shop, eat, and get back to the hotel. It was good value for money, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable in a well-maintained property. The food was excellent, especially the enjoyable vegetarian options. Staff were courteous and the service stayed good throughout. A very pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it.

Great stay at gokulam grand, right in the center of the city. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet was awesome. Sneha from Guest relations was a big help.
