Mr Vivek sir and Mr Narender sir, from the manager staff, behaved so well. I felt very secure in this hotel. All the staff are highly recommended.

The hotel was nice and clean, and Mr Vivek and Mr Narender singh were very good at reception. The food was the downside: it wasn’t good, and the prices were very high.

Mr Vivek is the best person I’ve ever met. It’s a nice place to stay in kapashera bijwasan and across delhi.

The facilities are amazing, and the staff are good. Receptionist vivek sir was really helpful and behaved nicely. Must visit, guys.

2/10
The room itself was dusty and had visible stains. Some basic amenities were missing or didn’t work, and the food was disappointing, with little freshness or variety. Getting help was another struggle, since requests were ignored or took far too long. Check-in was slow and disorganized, and the staff didn’t seem welcoming or attentive. For what I paid, I expected much better service and hospitality. The stay was uncomfortable and frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I hope management improves customer care and the facilities.
