The rooms were horrible, with pan stains on dirty walls, a foul smell, and a slum-like feel. They looked nothing like the online photos. We booked through a website that looked official, but at reception the staff said it wasn't theirs and claimed a “scam” was using the hotel's name. They charged us again for the same booking instead of helping. When I asked for proof that they'd lodged an FIR about the scam in the hotel's name, they had no answer. It's shocking the hotel can keep operating with practices like this. I strongly advise people not to book, online or directly. They are cheating people in the name of hospitality.

The bathroom only had cold water, and there was no internet connection. Cleanliness was really poor too. I guess this was the worst hotel. I suggest you don't take a room here.

The place wasn't clean. The photos on MakeMyTrip looked great, but what I found was completely different, and it made for a very poor experience.

Hotel Asko International is right in the heart of Karol Bagh, near the market and metro, which made getting around easy. The staff were polite and tried to help when we needed something. I stayed for a couple of nights on my visit to Delhi. The room was fairly clean and had the basic amenities. It's a budget hotel, so don't expect luxury, but it does the job if you want somewhere affordable and well located. Room service could be faster, and the bathroom needs better maintenance. For the price, it's reasonable, especially if you want to be near shops and places to eat.

They charged me 1000rs for 6:00am to 10:00am, saying it was 5 hour, and gave me no bill. They said I should have told them first. The room was dirty, room service wasn't good, and the staff didn't respond. I ordered tea at 8:00, checked out at 10:00, and it still hadn't arrived.
