Our train was at 4:50, and they let us spend two hours in the AC waiting hall. The manager was friendly, and the security guard was really nice. The rooms were clean, with a spacious bathroom. A nice experience, and the staff were very helpful.

The food was good, and it felt safe for a family. People were cooperative and treated us well.

We stayed with family for about a week, and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The washroom was not clean, the hospitality and room service were terrible, and a mattress spring was sticking out. We weren’t given the AC remote, which management controls, so we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. We’d booked a triple room, but there was no blanket for the third bed.

We booked the hotel for around 30 family members for my wedding, and the management made us feel at home. They were welcoming and soft-spoken, and the staff were supportive and quickly brought whatever we asked for. The rooms were well kept and nice. They build relationships instead of chasing money, and I’d definitely recommend them in future. We felt as comfortable as we would at home. Thanks for making the stay so comfortable. Best experience I’ve had so far.

For what it costs, the stay was okay. The rooms could be cleaner, though.
