Anshun Residency by OYO Rooms

I spent 3days here, and it felt like living in a gutter. There were cockroaches all over the room. When I told staff, they said I had to deal with them myself. There was no water supply in the rooms, and the geysers didn't work properly. For hot water, staff said I had to get it from a room on another floor. The online profile makes the place look posh and clean, but that's just an act. Only I know how hard those 3days were. I wouldn't recommend staying here for long.

A really bad experience, the worst in my life. Staff dealt with me poorly and were eating paan gutkha. The room had no lock, the bed sheets weren't clean, and mosquitoes were everywhere.

I had to wait 1 hour to check in because they wouldn't accept the online booking, then they asked me to pay even though I'd already paid when I booked. The room was messy and smelly, the shower didn't work, and there were no tobels, OYO-branded blanket, or bucket in the washroom. It wasn't clean either. Living there was a nightmare. The next day they changed my room after I complained 2,3 times to OYO. The interior was just ok ok, but it was still smelly and there was no blanket.

The owner canceled my booked room himself, and when I got there, they said I had to pay another 800 rupee. They claimed Agoda would return the first payment. That was outright fraud. The room was also in very bad shape, with no charging point, and the place was dirty. Please be aware of these cheap hotels, and don't go there.
