Hotel Asian Blue

We booked a room at hotel King Plaza, but they took us to a nearby hotel instead. They have a tie-up with that awful place and the customer service was terrible. Don't ever go there. The room was dirty and the AC leaked until the whole room was full of water. They didn't give us another room, so we spent the entire night in those conditions. They also charged extra for breakfast after saying it was complimentary. The receptionist was rude, and there was no communication between employees. Each person told us something different.

The bedroom wasn't any better than the lobby: stained bed linens, a filthy bathroom, and malfunctioning AC that made for an uncomfortable, sleepless night. Staff were also extremely unresponsive. I called repeatedly and had to wait a long time for anyone to handle my requests, as if guest satisfaction didn't matter to them. At Hotel Asian Blue, I was thoroughly disappointed. The lobby was unsanitary, with stained carpets, scuffed walls, and a repulsive sewer-like odor. The whole experience was unsatisfactory, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The dirty surroundings and indifferent staff made it extremely unpleasant.

The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient, but the cleanliness problems really affected my stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable. I stayed at Asian Blue Hotel in Mahipalpur, Delhi, and was disappointed. I hope they sort these issues out soon.

Breakfast was supposed to arrive at 9 because I had an early flight, but it came at 11 and wasn't worth the wait. The service was the worst, and I've never been so disappointed. We paid for two nights, planning to stay just one because we didn't want to wait from 7am until 11am for check-in. Even though I called ahead, the room still wasn't ready after they'd had the whole day. It was awful, with mold everywhere, a bad smell, and no hot water. The airport is actually quite far away too. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Totally not recommended.
