The washrooms had no drainage system. On the second day, the power went out in the rooms for uncertain reasons, and there was no backup for the whole night. It was the worst hotel experience I've had, and we suffered a lot. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and customer experience. I won't choose this hotel again or recommend it to anyone I know. I'll file a complaint on its official page and ask for a refund for one day. Please work on these issues and improve the service.

The rooms didn't look like the pictures, were too small, and the Google location was different. Staff didn't seem well trained, and whenever we asked for something, they told us to ask the owner. There were no towels or toiletries, and staff came into the room with a master key without knocking. If you're charging a decent amount, you should provide all the facilities.

We came back at midnight to find our room unlocked and still uncleaned. In the morning, my husband and I had left it locked and handed the key to reception for cleaning. We then waited outside for half an hour while they cleaned it. We'd already told reception three times that there were no toiletries, and customer care didn't respond when I explained it was our first night after marriage and said we were willing to pay extra. The service was really bad. I'd have rated it zero if that were an option.

This was my first time using a Fab hotel. I'd heard it was a decent corporate chain, but this place was pathetic. There was no Fab's board anywhere, no room service at all, and the room and washroom conditions were awful. The pictures showed something completely different from the disgusting reality. I'll never use this or any Fab hotel again unless you give me a free night's stay at one of your good hotels in Delhi and change my opinion of the brand.
