OYO 580 Hotel Airport City

I found the airport city location very convenient for what I needed. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were courteous. The room was clean, the Sweet Bed™ was comfortable as always, and housekeeping was wonderful too. It was a comfortable stay for the value. I appreciate the team’s work keeping the property in good shape, and thank them for their hospitality. I may stay again in the future.

The mahipalpur area was clean, organized, and pleasant. The hotel itself was beautiful, modern, and well maintained, with a spacious, comfortable room that made the stay more enjoyable. Everything met the usual ACCOR standard, reliable, comfortable, and well managed.

The room I was given was dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. Basic cleanliness standards weren't met, and I felt uncomfortable staying there. The experience was very disappointing. Then I was asked to pay another ₹600 to move to a clean room. A clean, hygienic room should be the minimum for every guest, not something that costs extra. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend the property. There are better options with cleaner rooms and better value.

Ms. Roshni was a big help at check-in and even arranged a delicious cake for us. Ayan at the front desk was courteous and supportive as well. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. It was a wonderful experience, highly recommended!
