We were already on the road to the hotel when they told us they wouldn't give us a room. They'd accepted our online booking and payment, but when we called an hour before check-in to confirm the time, they said we couldn't stay because we'd paid online. It threw off our whole schedule during a road trip from Kochi to Delhi.
The rooms were kachada, and the food plates weren't hygienic. During my four-day stay, they never cleaned the room or changed the bed cover. The AC didn't work properly either. Staff weren't friendly, especially at the front desk. Worst hotel, worst service.
In Mahipalpur near IGI Airport New Delhi, I found the stay fabulous. Given the facilities and amenities, the tariff was cheaper than other hotels. I'd recommend staying here.
The staff didn't respond, and the room wasn't cleaned. They gave me a duplicate Bislery water bottle when I asked for one. The toilets weren't cleaned either, and neither the AC nor the TV worked. I hated the hotel.
Dinner and breakfast weren't available, even though both meals were included in the price. The place wasn't clean, there was no soap or towel, and the TV didn't work. Pathetic.
