Hotel Maan K

The room was very clean and had the comforts you'd expect from a 3 star hotel. But the morning reception guy was rude, and badly folded my passport during check-in. The old bellboy took my luggage up and wouldn't move until I gave him a tip. Later he brought water to my room, pushed the door against me without asking, came in, and put it on the table. If my wife had been inside, he would've definitely got a punch to the face from me. I was alone, and he expected another tip.

Deeply unsatisfied with this experience. The management wouldn't let our two elderly aunties check in because one was missing ID. We asked if we could share that ID later, but they refused and left them struggling to find somewhere else at midnight. Very bad experience.

The room was nice, and the staff were gentle. There’s plenty of shopping nearby, and the hotel is in the heart of Karol Bagh, close to the metro.

The location was very good, and the place was clean, with friendly, helpful staff and good service. I was there for two nights before a local flight from Delhi to Pantnagar, but bad weather led to cancellations. The Sardarji who owns the hotel was so helpful and arranged another way for me to travel. I’d highly recommend it to my friends.
