Hotel Asma Tower

The fifth-floor room still had mosquitoes, which made things even more uncomfortable. We also booked a non-smoking room, but smoke kept coming in, probably through the central AC from the room next door. It was strong enough to keep us awake. The room was old, poorly maintained and clearly needed major renovation. We reported the problems, but nobody offered a room change or any other solution. That lack of response made an already bad stay more frustrating. One of our worst hotel stays, and we wouldn’t return.

Receptionist Sajira deserves a special mention. During my stay of over 15 days, she was warm, polite and always ready to help. She made the long stay comfortable and memorable. The whole team was friendly, professional and attentive, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant. My room was clean and well maintained, and the service stayed excellent throughout. They made me feel at home, and I’d highly recommend the hotel for its comfort, service and welcoming atmosphere.

The room was uncomfortable because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The room and bathroom were also extremely small, with too little space in the bathroom to bathe properly. I hope management fixes these issues for future guests.

Good, comforting breakfast, and the hotel is inside the city with easy access. The rooms are on the older side but looked after, though I did notice a few taps leaking. Basic amenities were there.
