The room wasn't worth what we paid, and its condition was poor. I booked for two adults and checked in after noon. Later, a personal issue meant I had to replace my second guest. I spoke to the manager beforehand, explained the change, and was told it was fine with no extra charge. When the new guest arrived, the receptionist was rude and suddenly demanded more money. The manager seemed unaware of how he treated customers, and he showed no basic courtesy or professionalism. They even threatened to call the local Sub-Inspector to pressure us into paying. It seemed like an attempt to scare us into handing over money unfairly. Nothing came of it, and it felt like a drama to extort us. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Be careful before booking.

I couldn't sleep at all because there were so many mosquitoes. The blanket was torn, the bedsheet had visible blood stains, and the washroom was filthy. The TV didn't work either. I asked reception for a blanket, and they agreed, but brought a torn bed cover instead. The place felt very unhygienic and poorly maintained, and wasn't worth the money. Worst hotel experience in Calicut. I wouldn't recommend it.

I felt safe and comfortable here, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. I'd suggest this place for families and women, and for anyone looking for a secure room.

The bed was tiny, the bathroom cramped, there were no basic items, and the TV had only a few channels. The room and service were the worst I've ever had. My friend and I had a room, and another friend came up for just four minutes. First, staff called to say guests weren't allowed and told him to come downstairs. They arrived at our room within three seconds of that call. He was eating, but they refused to leave until he went, so he couldn't even finish his food. He kept pleading, “Please sir, please sir,” while they didn't let us speak. It was really unpleasant and disrespectful. What kind of manners is that?

The room cost 2400, but it didn't feel worth that at all. It was dusty, untidy, and poorly maintained, and the bed was too hard to sleep on. I wouldn't recommend it.
