They charged twice for the same food. We paid through the Paytm scanner, but staff said the money hadn’t reached their account and made us pay again. They said they’d refund the first amount, but when we asked about it two days later, they replied very badly. This hotel is a scam with bad service.

On Onam day they served stale food and took payment before we ate. When we complained, there was no refund. This was the worst experience, and the police should be informed right away.

I had lunch at saravan hotel calicut and really enjoyed the food. The price felt fair for what I got. Thanks to the team for making lunch so nice.

The bathroom was hygienic and the water was good, and I really enjoyed my stay. The price was very reasonable. It’s a great hotel for booking a room for a while. There were two comfortable beds and the basics I needed, including a towel, water, and sample soap. I’d recommend it.

There are rooms to stay at the property, and both restaurants serve vegetarian food. Saravana is the non-AC option; it was a bit cramped, though clean and tidy. Veg Mantra is the AC restaurant.
