There was no water, no room service, and everything was bad. The commode clearly hadn’t been flushed. Even though I had paid Oyo, they refused check-in until the receptionist got extra money. They also pressured me over the Oyo rating, took my phone, and rated it themselves. Worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Please don’t go.

The washroom was shared, the fans were slow, and the staff were rude and mannerless. If you accidentally leave something behind, their staff will keep it.

The location is best, and the hotel is okay, but the staff speak rather rudely. A room booked as having an attached bathroom may instead have the bathroom outside. They charge the full ₹20 for a water bottle but don’t provide a sealed one, they reuse old bottles. The OYO rating is fake too, staff take the customer’s phone and rate it themselves.

I travel a lot and have checked into plenty of hotels, but this left me very disappointed with Oyo. The rooms were in very bad condition, and the staff were rude and offered no help. If you’re a couple, please go here, this doesn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, secure atmosphere. Oyo should remove it from the portal.
