Everything was very affordable, and the room was nice and good for the price. The reception staff made settling in easy, and the service was the best part. Special thanks to Farhana for kindly arranging an early check-in, which not everyone would do. I appreciated her help, and the whole team was very hospitable.

Even with such a central location, the room was impressively quiet. It was clean, modern, and convenient, and the layout worked well for both getting work done and resting. Check-in was quick and professional. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Friendly, helpful staff and a good location made parts of the stay pleasant, but the room was small and cleanliness needs work. Hot water was interrupted for a while, and the phone in the room didn't work. Construction in or near rooms that guests are occupying shouldn't be allowed. Service was good, but overall it was an average stay, with maintenance and management needing improvement.

Right across from MIMS, this room has 24-hour door access, and I could work there as well. The staff and service were good, and Akshay and Farhana were especially helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting MIMS who needs a room. A good choice overall.

We were travelling with kids, and the staff were very good and cooperative. It was one of the best hotels on our trip. If you're planning to visit kozikhode, I'd recommend staying here.
