Townhouse OAK Central Suits

The bathroom still had cigarette butts left by the previous tenant, which was a major cleanliness problem. They provided just one towel and a small bar of Medimix soap, and the Wi-Fi signal was so weak it was mostly unusable. This was unfortunately the worst stay I’ve had. For the price, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere because this place isn’t good value.

I booked through OYO after the executive assured me I could check in early for ₹1,500 total, including taxes, and specifically said I wouldn’t have to pay anything extra. On arrival I waited 30 minutes because there was no receptionist. Then I was told I couldn’t check in without paying another ₹500 on top of the ₹1,500. The available room they showed me was dirty, with stained bedsheets and a stained mattress. I’d strongly suggest avoiding this hotel.

We booked on booking.com because we needed a triple-sharing room for just three hours before a work trip. There were three of us, two men and one woman. When we arrived in the middle of the night, the receptionist said hotel policy meant they couldn’t give us that room. The manager wouldn’t change their position. With no other choice at 2 a.m., we agreed to pay extra for another room. The rooms were awful: not cleaned, bins not changed, bathrooms dirty, and both the flush and health faucet were broken. The smell was so bad we couldn’t sleep properly, even though sleeping for a few hours before work was the whole reason we booked. Very bad experience. Don’t book this place. Stay away from places like this.

There was paint coming off the walls, and the bathroom corners were covered in spider dust. I booked two rooms on booking.com for 4400 including tax, and breakfast was listed as free, but none was provided. For what I paid, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Not worth the money.
