Hotel Kapoor is in a posh part of South Delhi, and the location is top class. The rooms were very clean, and I had a pleasant stay with service up to the mark.

I chose this hotel for a work trip because it cost less than other places nearby. Having both breakfast and dinner included was a good value.

The property has been fully renovated, with new rooms and amenities, and it was neat and clean. It's beside Kailash Colony Metro station. The owner and staff were cooperative, and I felt safe there.

Mr Virender at reception was especially good with the service, and the hospitality overall was great. The place is very conveniently located for a short work trip in New Delhi, with my office in Nehru place close by. My stay was super duper.

For what the room cost, it wasn't worth it. There were stains on the walls, the linen smelled bad, and the mattress cover was dirty. A foul smell kept lingering in the room.
