Treebo Medco Mansion

Mr Samad was amazing and helped clear up all my questions about the city. The medco mansion team were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was easy. The location is close to everything, and the cleaning service was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

The rooms and bathroom were clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a decent job. Two days of my three-day stay went well, but the last day was a very bad experience because of the front office staff joshva. The staff showed a careless, rude attitude and lacked professionalism. They didn't seem to know how to communicate with or handle guests. It makes me wonder whether management pays attention to hiring and training. The front office shapes a hotel's first impression, and medco mansion fails badly there. Clean rooms can't make up for such poor service. I wouldn't recommend staying unless management takes serious steps to improve staff attitude and service quality.

During my exam in Kozhikode, I stayed at Hotel Medco Mansion and found the room spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a peaceful feel. The staff were pleasant and always ready to help. They also arranged food from nearby hotels and made sure it arrived on time, which was very convenient. I appreciated their care and hospitality. A well-managed, comfortable place to stay in Kozhikode.

I spent four days at Medco Mansion. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there's a flexible 24-hour checkout policy. Its location makes it easy to get to the airport and Wynad Road, and the room size works well for families. I would recommend it for a convenient, hassle-free stay. I would have liked more information about the amenities and services available.
