Hotel New Luxury Royale By OYO Rooms

The bed was wet on a warm day, and the room was dirty and smelled bad. Staff behavior and service were poor. I’d booked an early check-in, but there was no room ready. They didn't provide a toilet kit each day, and the bathroom was small. They also offered a used water bottle. It wasn't worth the price, and the place needs pest control.

The rating shown, 3.4 out of 5, is wrong. It should be below zero. Don't book online unless you want a nasty surprise at what felt like India's worst hotel. There was no cleanliness or hot water. Tea cost 55 rupees, half a plate of rice was 185, and half a plate of dal was 165. You'd be better off staying anywhere else, even on the road, at a railway station or bus stand, or in a dharamshala. They deserve a Guinness record for serving new customers only, since repeat visits seem impossible.

I came for one night and looked at two or three rooms before choosing one. OYO 3205 Hotel New Luxury Royale is next to Nirmala Girls Hostel. The rooms are attractive and nicely arranged, and the accent lights on the PoP ceilings look beautiful. Road traffic noise kept me from sleeping. For a five-star rating, they’d need bathroom exhaust fans, a working elevator, and a clearer search listing. The hotel is listed as Hotel Luxury Royale, but changing the name to OYO 3205 Hotel New Luxury Royale (OYO ३२०५ Hotel New Luxury Royale) would make it easier to find.

There was a water problem, no parking, and poor room service. The towel smelled bad, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The person at reception was really cheap. The service was third class, and there were plenty of other problems too.
