We tried dishes ranging from Italian pasta to Butter Chicken, and every meal was excellent in taste, quality, and presentation. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout, and the rooms had beautiful valley views that made the visit calm and refreshing. Cleanliness and hygiene were excellent too. It was a wonderful stay at Hotel Twin Towers, and we’d happily return. Highly recommend it for comfort, service, and the views.

The food was delicious and tasted freshly prepared, though there wasn’t much variety. Service stayed excellent throughout, with polite, attentive staff always ready to help. Sakshi deserves a special mention for going out of her way to keep us comfortable and make sure everything ran smoothly. Her help made a real difference to our stay at Twin Towers Resort in Kufri.

What made the stay enjoyable was the staff’s upbeat attitude and readiness to go the extra mile. Requests were handled quickly and with a smile. The front desk were efficient and welcoming, housekeeping kept the room spotless, and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Everyone was polite and professional from check-in through check-out. I’d recommend the hotel for its dedicated, well-trained staff. Thank you.

I had a valley view room, and the scenery made the stay extra special. The Twin Towers Hotel is beautifully maintained, with excellent cleanliness and hygiene, so the whole place felt comfortable and premium. Staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious and high quality. A memorable stay, and I highly recommend it for the comfort, service, and valley views.

Kufri adventure park is right next door, and as hotel guests we got a discount. This was just a one-night stopover, but we had a great time: clean rooms, quick service, courteous staff, good food, and a beautiful view from the room across different mountain ranges. It was nice to have something beyond North Indian and Chinese food for a change, especially Idli and Pizza 😋. Sakshi also helped us check out smoothly.
