Mr Sandeep kept checking whether we needed anything, and Buma ji gave us great service with the food. Everyone was friendly, and asking for help was never a problem. We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, the amenities were lovely, and the views were fantastic. All the meals were delicious, and the location was just right. It felt like a home away from home, and it's the best hotel experience I've had. We'll definitely come back!

We ordered lunch and dinner and loved both, especially the tasty, authentic butter chicken and Dal Makhni. Breakfast was decent, though the spread is limited and could use some English Breakfast options. Service was prompt, which helped make the stay better. The property feels thoughtfully put together, clean, and welcoming. From our Valley View room balcony, we watched the sunset over an amazing view. I'd recommend it if you're after some quiet away from the noise of the city.

The food feels like home. Everything was tasty, especially breakfast and the dal tadka, which I really recommend. Uncle Buma Ji was lovely and looked after us like family, and the GM was polite, wonderful to talk to, and a great human being. The location feels heavenly, with the peace and quiet to really unwind. I'd strongly recommend staying here if you're visiting Himachal. Even if you're going to Shimla, give this place a try, it's an hour's drive away.

The staff were so polite and cooperative, and Bhoma deserves a special thanks for his kind, welcoming nature and excellent service. He made sure we were comfortable throughout and gave the stay a personal touch. Tree House Chail is beautiful and quiet, surrounded by nature, so it was an ideal place to relax. The service was very good and the staff were amazing. We had a memorable stay, highly recommended.
