The staff are very cooperative and welcoming, and the rooms are tidy and spacious. You're right in the city center, an easy walk from the Kullu Central bus stand. The room amenities, especially in the bathrooms, need some upkeep. With a bit of maintenance, this would be a great place to stay.

Parking can get congested, and some rooms could do with renovation. Guests have also reported cleanliness and service problems, though others praise the staff and location. On my account, it's a decent budget stay: rooms are clean and decent, with nice views, and the staff are friendly, although service can be slow. It's near the bus stand and market, making Kullu easy to explore. Room service and parking are among the basic amenities, but food choices are limited. A reasonable option if affordability and location matter most.

The geyser takes one to two hours to heat water, which isn't working properly at all. Even small things cost extra here, including a heater, while other hotels provide one.

The owners and employees felt like family, and the service was the best part of my stay. The rooms are affordable but have premium facilities, with a beautiful view from every corner, even the bathroom. If you bring a car or bike, there's free, safe parking. It's right by the bus stop, with a comfortable, home-like feel. I had a very good experience and strongly recommend it. Thanks for this property. Keep travelling, keep enjoying, and keep India clean and green. Thank you again ❤️

Neat, clean rooms at a budget-friendly price, and the hotel is close to the bus stand.
