Hotel O Shishamaati

The owner was warm and helpful, and did a lot for us. The staff were also helpful and well behaved. Our rooms were nicely arranged and looked beautiful, and the food was awesome. We had a really nice experience, and I'd recommend the hotel to others.

The washroom was filthy and barely usable, and the power kept cutting out, which made the stay even less comfortable. Service was terrible too, with staff who showed no professionalism or willingness to help. I found the experience extremely disappointing and wouldn't recommend spending your time or money here.

I booked through booking.com, but when I arrived the greedy owner cancelled my reservation, demanded triple the room price I'd booked, and refused to let me stay. Worst property I've ever booked.

Even after booking, the hotel person refused to give me a room. He said he wouldn't provide one unless I had paid in advance on Agoda or paid half, then added that he wouldn't give me the room even if I had paid. He was very rude and pushed me to cancel, saying he'd have to pay a penalty because I had arrived at the property. Agoda didn't offer a prepayment option, which made me wonder if the company knows about this property. I've booked many places through Agoda and could always choose to pay beforehand. I really can't recommend this place. Better to choose somewhere else.
